In February, Jon and I went down to Las Vegas to photograph Corinne and Ryan. I've known Corinne for a number of years through different mutual friends and I had already been considering going to Vegas for a big photographer convention that was going on, so it worked out perfectly that Corinne had picked that same weekend. While not your typical "Vegas wedding" that you might think of - Elvis did not attend, it wasn't a drive-thru chapel, there wasn't any casinos or hotels in sight - it was perfect for them.
Just north-west of the strip there is a lovely venue called Lakeside Weddings, which offers some beautiful outdoor garden settings to get married in. Corinne and Ryan had a beautiful late day ceremony, followed by dinner and dancing.Â
Corinne and Ryan got all dressed up again the day after the wedding to join us on a fun Trash the Dress shoot. We first went to the Neon Museum (aka The Neon Graveyard/Boneyard) which was really interesting to see. Then we went off to the downtown area to see what we could find before heading outside of Vegas to Red Rock Canyon. It was much colder than we anticipated (poor Corinne!), but I absolutely LOVE the photos we got out of it and it was so nice to just relax and hang out with Corinne and Ryan for the day.
