Hello!

I always knew that I'd end up in a creative field of some sort. After graduating college for Graphic Design and working for a number of years behind a desk, I realized I wasn't suited for the 9-5 lifestyle.

I photographed my first wedding in 2004 and 125+ weddings later I still love every minute of it - the laughter, the tears the details and all my amazing clients! I'm fortunate enough to follow some of my clients as their families grow and change through different stages and milestones.

I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else for the rest of my life!

Katie contacted me because she wanted to get some photos of her daughter Alexis as she was about to turn one! I met them at Heber Downs Conservation Area in Whitby, which I had never shot at before. Lots of nice outdoor variety at this location and I hope to explore more next time I’m there.

Alexis is a total doll and didn’t take too much warming up to the camera! It was wonderful to work with you, Katie and Matt and I look forward to photographing Alexis again one day!
